Nick has over 20 years experience working in live event, incentive travel and brand communication with some of the worlds largest global blue chip corporations. At Concerto Live he has overall responsibility for worldwide product launches, major incentives, brand positioning and performance improvement programmes in all industry sectors.

Nick was named in the top 25 most influential people in the industry 'power 50' by Conference & Incentive Travel Magazine and elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufacturer and Commerce (RSA) in 2007.

Alice Lock

Meet Alice – the cool, creative and ever stylish member of our event production team.

After a varied career in live consumer events and working for an airline flying the world, Alice joined Concerto Live in 2006; she now heads up the delegate management team on some of our largest international events. Alice is very methodical in her approach and never misses a trick; she has organised and managed a number of key award ceremonies, conferences and glamourous parties for a wide range of clients.

At the weekend Alice would no doubt be found wandering the trendy galleries of Shoreditch where she lives - that is of course, in between swimming at her local lido, kick-boxing training and designing her own clothes!

Peter Jackson

A 10ft mobile phone, a laser show from the top of the Gherkin, and a break dancing fashion show - all very real projects and all brainchildren of our very own creative genius, Peter Jackson!

With over 20 years experience in large-scale 'live' and international conference & incentive events, Peter provides an enormous depth and breadth of knowledge as well as a lively creative talent. With long standing client relationships forged through delivering innovative, engaging and most importantly effective event solutions for many of the UK's top companies, Peter is the driving force of the Concerto Group's bespoke event process. On a personal level, Peter is a musician and keen yacht racer since his early years.

Gillian McDonald

Account Manager

Introducing Gillian – our logistics queen from the North!

Her story starts with a degree in Accounting and German before a bit of globe trotting and joining our team 5 years ago. Since then, Gillian has developed a huge range of experience having organised conferences, exhibitions, awards and incentives all over the world. Last year, Gillian even managed to close London Bridge for an entire day so 250 liverymen could herd sheep across the river!

Clocking up more gig tickets and wristbands than anyone else we know, Gillian is a huge live music fan and loves everything indie, (and even more so if it comes from Manchester!)

Despite her hectic schedule, Gillian still manages to find time to make her own jewellery by practising the art of silversmithing.

Kate Geraghty

Say G'day to Kate – our glamourous Sydney girl!

After completing a contract working on the 2000 Sydney Olympics & Paralympics, Kate decided to leave the sunshine of Australia and move to the U.K to continue her career in the events industry. During her 5 years with us she has managed projects of varying sizes and complexity both here in the U.K and abroad. When our client's look for luxury, we go to Kate - Her knowledge of boutique hotels and exclusive and unusual properties is enviable and she brings enthusiasm and professionalism to all her projects.

Kate seems to have a never-ending energy supply, which allows her to regularly enjoy netball, squash and all activities that bring out her competitive nature.

Jo Mulvey

Introducing Jo, she has a passion for high-end technical production.

Having managed one of London's pre-eminent creative event venues and spending 6 years with Concerto Live, Jo has built an incredible portfolio of imaginative product launches, parties and award ceremonies. Jo now manages many of our large-scale productions with confidence and ease, her attention to detail is infallible, her humour insatiable and her energy, drive and commitment are enviable.

Passions for camping and music have recently seen Jo managing a stage at a music festival in her spare time!

Sean Doyle

Meet Sean, our new-technology whiz kid.

Sean's career in the events industry started 7 years ago in the sporting and prestigious hospitality sector and then on to the creative side of event production, nowadays he's a walking, talking encyclopedia of venues and heads up LiveLOCATIONS; our global venue finding service. He also looks after our sales and marketing including our social networking feeds and uses this knowledge to advise and execute such communication campaigns alongside our client's projects.

A big fan of architecture, furniture and all things quirky, Sean recently became an official member of The Design Museum.

Mike Kershaw

Chairman

A graduate of London University, Mike worked in Law before moving into corporate hospitality in 1983.

In 1989, he set up The Ultimate Experience, London's premium party and venue marketing agency. Ten years later, Mike was instrumental in the creation of The Concerto Group, a company comprising 16 event brands that range from live event management through to production and catering and venues. The Group employs over 120 staff and has a turnover of £35m.

A very experienced event planner, he has overseen the recent expansion of the company through several acquisitions and the development of numerous venues across London.

Mike is a one handicap golfer, Captain of North Hants GC and a member of both the Royal & Ancient Golf Club and the Alpine Club of Great Britain - reflecting his other great passion, mountaineering. Mike is married with three very sporty and active children.

Mark Greaves

Finance Director

Mark studied at Durham University where he read French and Russian. He subsequently trained as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, before leaving to become a corporate financier with investment bank, SG Warburg.

Mark left the City in 1997 and has since helped build The Concerto Group into what it's become today, overseeing all acquisitions and disposals. Mark is married with four children and is a keen sportsman, enjoying cricket and tennis.

Jenna Eastlake

Operations Director

Meet Jenna, she has been the mother of the team for the past seven years.

Jenna came to us in January 2003 and brought with her a First class Honours degree in Event Management. She leads and inspires our Operations team with her enthusiasm and knowledge and coordinates the event teams to ensure each project is roaring success.

Not only that, over the years Jenna has directed large global conferences, complex exhibitions and incentives and has built close relationships with our major clients along the way.

Jenna has a passion for travel, having taken a sabbatical in 2006 when she travelled extensively throughout the Far East and Australia. In 2009, Jenna became a real-life mum to baby Noah, Concerto Live's favourite little guy!

Simeon Aldred

Creative Director

Simeon heads up our creative team when our shows need to go off with a bang!

Having trained at the RAM in London, Simeon went on to work as a performer with the likes of Bjork, Sting, the Beautiful South as well as several West end productions. Since moving away from performing Simeon has become one the most sort after creative directors working across live performance and production disciplines. He works in the commercial retail sectors as well as public performance and live shows alongside A&R for 19 Management and the world famous Ballet Rambert and London Musici. In the last five years Simeon has worked on shows for the Brits and EMTV awards; working closely with artists such as Muse, Mika, Will Young as well as numerous fashion, comedy and dance icons. Simeon brings a unique mix of artist and production creativity to our work.

Simeon is passionate about fashion, music and art, and uses these influences to make sure our projects are always on or ahead of the trend.

Jo Mulvey

Wendy Cutcliffe

Account Director

Wendy has been in the industry for over twelve years, specialising in overseas incentive programmes. Her experience is vast and her knowledge of global destinations is second to none.

Dealing with a variety of clients, Wendy has forged long-lasting relationships over the years and considers client liaison and relationship-building amongst her strongest attributes.

A consummate professional, Wendy demonstrates a truly client-centric attitude with a deep understanding of guests' needs when on site. She manages to partner with suppliers to secure the best outcomes and solutions for her programmes.

Wendy is a loving mother to twins Oliver and Isabelle and loves to ski. Luckily for her, she has a ski chalet company in the family!

Lilian Bailey

Account Director

Meet Lilian, our multilingual Account Director from Sweden.

Lilian spent seven years as resident manager for one of the UK's leading tour operators, living in various countries across the globe and gaining a wealth of experience in destination management.

After returning to the UK, Lilian began her career in event management. Fourteen years later, she has a huge range of blue chip clients under her belt, delivering events ranging from top level board meetings to large conferences / congresses, exclusive hospitality events, road shows, incentives and much more!

Lilian's enthusiasm, energy and "can do" attitude, her ability to truly understand a client's brand and her passion for the industry are just some of the secrets of her success.

Lilian is the perfect host and loves to throw extravagant dinner parties; she also speaks German, Swedish and Spanish.

Alex Morrisroe

Channel Account Manager

This is Alex - he's the competitive and energetic sportsman of the team.

Alex has been with The Concerto Group since graduating from Loughborough University in 2004. His first role was working for Eventwise on team motivation programmes, followed by a spell of live event management at one of our leading venues. In 2006, Alex moved to our London office, developing major accounts for The Ultimate Experience.

Nowadays, Alex looks after our industry clients and is an integral part of our London 2012 Olympic Games team, developing strategy both internally and for our clients.

Outside of work, Alex's major passions are football and fancy dress. He captains the MLS All-Stars team in two South London football leagues (in both of which they're reigning champions). Recent fancy dress themes have included a Rubik's cube party, a Wild West night, racing car drivers and Michael Jackson's Thriller!

Anandy Sureswaren

Finance Manager

Anandy is one of the longest standing members of our team and has led the finance division with efficiency and professionalism for the last decade.

Her problem-solving skills and hard-working nature make her easy to work with and an invaluable asset to the team.

Anandy is a proud mother to a young son and daughter, and when she's not busy with them, she also enjoys teaching dancing and cooking.

Sarah James

Meet Sarah - the person responsible for finding new projects for the team.

Her entire career has developed within Sales & Marketing in the world of events and media.

Sarah likes to keep busy and is always buzzing around the office with bags of energy, and when she's not in the office, she's – she's at the gym!

They say that if you want to get something done, ask a busy person. Well, Sarah's your girl. Her love of authentic food from around the globe is legendary; she's a dab hand at making exotic dishes from scratch and testing them on unsuspecting friends and family.
